Fix it Friday – From Broken to Earring Rack

In a past Fix it Friday, we removed a door from a cabinet because the glass was broken. With the left over door we created a whole new home decor piece! This erring rack is creative, easy, and functional!

Materials: Twine, Staple Gun, Measuring Tape, Marker, and Scissors

Time: Under 30 minutes

1. Measure and mark where you want to twine to be wrapped around. For easy measuring, take a pieces of paper/cardboard to draw the design out first.

2. Cut twine to the length you want.

3. Staple the twine in your marked places.

This is a quick and easy DIY that you can use on many different left over pieces from broken furniture. Also, don’t be afraid to go outside the box and try different designs to fit your own personal style!
